F. Raymond Jordan, Jr., of Harrisburg, PA, formerly of Dellville, Perry County passed away Tuesday, July 10th, 2012.

He was the loving husband to Virginia L. "Ginger" (Zimmerman) Jordan, his wife of 45 years, and loving father to three daughters; Leith A. Miller and husband David of Enhaut, PA, Lynn Barlup and husband Tim of Harrisburg, PA, and Kristen Jordan of Nashville, TN; one son, CPT Floyd R. "Chip" Jordan III and wife Louise of Salt Lake City, UT; 12 grandchildren, Andrew - 24, Katie - 23, Billy - 20, Kaitlyn - 20, Alex - 18, Reagan - 13, Nicholas - 10, Ryan - 8, Thomas and Nathaniel - 7 months, and Aaron Miller and his wife Angie of ME; 1 great grandchild, Quinn -2; and one brother, Charles C. Jordan of West Palm Beach Garden, FL.

He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd R. Jordan and Pierrie Rebecca (Campbell) Jordan.

Raymond was a 1961 graduate of John Harris High School. He was the founder and CEO of Military Group Marketing, as well as a member of Cumberland County Trout Unlimited and member of the American Maritime Modernization Association.

He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, and spending time with his neighbors in Dellville, Perry County. He also enjoyed going for walks with his wife and spending time talking and listening to his grandchildren. He was a cousin, uncle, and friend to many. He never met a stranger that wasn't a friend by the end of the conversation.

Memorial service to be held July 14, 2012, 2pm, at Caring Community Church of God 7176 Red Top Road, Hummelstown, PA, 17036.
